Fitting and Knowing - in Dutch

Dressing a lady in the 17th century was quite the task. The handmaiden was really needed for this! In the ‘Fitting and Knowing’ programme you can see how this went and while watching, stories about these days are told. We will be dressing the mannequin or perhaps there’s a volunteer with size 38?

Children in the primary school age can put on a simple version – for the picture!

The programme starts at 2:30 pm with a look at the retrieved 17th century dress from the Palmwood shipwreck. Maximum 15 people. You can register at the reception.
